Christoph Pape
Managing Director & Founder
Christoph Pape founded DAIDALOS Investment Advisors in 2015 and heads the office (head office) of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). Christoph Pape is responsible for fund raising and the acquisition of project partners at DAIDALOS.
Previously, he founded Christoph Pape & Partner, specialising in consulting and strategic development for international banks, insurance companies, asset managers, wealth managers and private equity funds. Christoph Pape was previously a partner at SCG St. Gallen Consulting Group AG, Switzerland. Prior to SCG, he worked for Management Partner and KPMG.
Christoph also successfully founded various companies in the real estate sector and is a member of the supervisory board of Hoesch Group AG and Deutsche Mergers & Acquisitions AG as well as a founder and member of the advisory board of ProfiBaufi GmbH.
Christoph Pape studied business administration in Regensburg (Germany), Zurich (Switzerland) and Cologne (Germany), graduating with a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. He is the author and editor of various books and professional articles in the field of finance and banking.
Sandra Dierstein
Managing Director Middle East & Asia
Sandra Dierstein heads the Dubai (UAE) and Singapore offices and is a member of the Management team of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors.
Sandra is an experienced specialist in structuring highly complex investment projects and has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy development, fundraising and M&A projects across a wide range of industries. Sandra founded and still manages Proventus Consulting (Dubai) as well as Auriga Investment (Singapore). Prior to that, she held a senior position at an investment bank in Dubai (UAE). Before that, she started her career as a corporate finance manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) at their Singapore, London and Frankfurt offices.
Sandra has gained extensive international experience in the Middle East, South East Asia and Europe. She graduated with a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and Royal Holloway University of London.
Sandra is a French citizen and is fluent in French, German and English. She has a good command of Spanish and basic knowledge of Arabic.
Kah Hooi Woon
Director Asia
Kah Hooi Woon is the Asia Director in the Singapore office of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors. She leads the DAIDALOS transaction team and is responsible for the implementation of the funding strategies developed.
At DAIDALOS Singapore, she is responsible for business development, fundraising and financing advisory. She has an extensive network in Southeast Asia and China region with both institutional investors and project developers and is actively involved in various commodity and fundraising mandates in Asia.
Kah Hooi Woon is a Malaysian-born Chinese national. She has more than 16 years of experience in the securities and commodities business, most recently with RHB Investment Bank in Malaysia. Kah Hooi graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia in 1997, majoring in Economics and Finance. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.
At DAIDALOS Singapore, she is responsible for business development, fundraising and financing advisory. She has an extensive network in Southeast Asia and China region with both institutional investors and project developers and is actively involved in various commodity and fundraising mandates in Asia.

Dr. Peter Gloystein
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Peter Gloystein is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors GmbH. He advises the Management on operational and strategic issues and contributes his worldwide network for the further expansion of the business.
Until 1999, he worked for Commerzbank AG, most recently as a member of the Executive Board. From 1999 to 2002, Dr. Peter Gloystein was Spokesman of the Board of Managing Directors of BHF-BANK and at the same time a member of the Executive Committee Europe, ING Group, Amsterdam (Netherlands). In the late 1990s, Dr. Gloystein was also a member of the Executive Board of the European Banking Federation.
Currently, Dr Gloystein works as a management consultant and senior advisor in the areas of credit rating, mergers & acquisitions. In addition Dr. Gloystein is a well recognized expert in urban farming. He is also a member of a number of Supervisory and Advisory boards. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mergers & Acquisitions AG Düsseldorf and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bethesda Hospital Mönchengladbach.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hans Peter Peters is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors GmbH. In this role, he advises the company's Management on strategic and operational issues. In addition, Hans Peter Peters uses his extensive network of global contacts for the benefit of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors.
In 1999, Hans Peter Peters founded Peters Associates AG and merged this company with the globally active M&A firm Lincoln International LP in January 2006, where he continued as active Vice-Chairman until 2019. He is now Senior Advisor to the company. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of UBS AG / Warburg Dillon Read in Germany. Prior to that, Hans Peter Peters was Chief Financial Officer of VIAG AG until the merger with VEBA to form EON as well as Chairman of the Board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG and Managing Director for Germany, Austria and Central Europe for Morgan Stanley. Hans Peter Peters gained further experience as a Member of the Board of WestLB and Chairman of the Board of WestLB (Europe) AG in Düsseldorf (Germany). His career began at Citibank, where he spent thirteen years in their New York, Toronto, Paris, Stuttgart and Santiago de Chile offices.

Hans Peter Peters studied economics at the Universities of Cologne and Bonn and was awarded a DAAD / PhD Fulbright scholarship to the American University of Washington DC (USA) after graduation. Currently, Hans Peter is a member of various boards in the banking and private equity industries.

Prof. Dr. Hanns-Christian Salger is a Member of the Supervisory Board of DAIDALOS Investment Advisors GmbH. He advises the Management in all legal matters. His knowledge of international jurisdictions is of a great benefit to DAIDALOS´ global operations, which operates worldwide.
Hanns-Christian Salger is a Partner at the law firm Bremenkamp Salger PartmbB in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). He is a lawyer and Attorney at Law (New York), arbitrator (FCIArb) and mediator, specialist lawyer for international business law, specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and specialist lawyer for intellectual property law. Hanns-Christian is an Honorary Professor at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
After studying law, philosophy and political science in Freiburg im Breisgau and obtaining his doctorate (Dr. iur.), he was admitted to the Bar in 1982. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and has been a visiting European attorney in the Czech Republic since 2007 and a registered foreign attorney in Hong Kong since 2010.
